My birthday

Today I would like to talk about my birthday that was last week (September 16). I never really like to celebrate it or do something crazy; I enjoy it more when I just eat something good with my family for lunch in our house, I seriously don’t need more. However, this year, I just wanted to do something different, I don’t know why.
My dad rent out some room in his building and decided that it would be nice to invite some friends and family over ( and I thought it was a good idea at first) but since I never celebrate it, I didn’t remember that I had to invite friends until there where only three days left. The problem was that since my birthday is so close to the national holiday, most of people travel or has some kind of compromise with their family, so none of the six people I invited came.
Therefore, we had to do it like every year but with a lot more food! My best friend and my sister plus her girlfriend came; it was all I wanted <3 We ate a lot of choripan and drink terremoto until we couldn’t more. I had some delicious cake and we played “uno” all night.
I hope that all my birthdays are like this in the future.

Hi!
For me, the “18” has never been really important. My family it’s very small and in general we don’t celebrate with too much enthusiasm any holiday since we are non believers and not very nationalist; even on our birthdays we usually do a small reunion to just talk and share a meal.

That’s exactly the plan! Because since we don’t party a lot, we just focus on the food and sleep as much as possible :-). Also, very close to the “18” it’s my birthday (on monday), so it becomes more a celebration about that. This year i will be nineteen and since I been really exhausted with university I will only invite about five really close friends and my family (although I will do this celebration the saturday). I really do love sharing with all the people that matters to me.

And something I will do not for the “18” but for my holidays in general, it’s going to the movies! I really like going and because of all the time I had to spend in projects this semester I lost a lot of releases. Something I want to see without a doubt is the movie “It: chapter 2 ” (I think the first one it isn’t really scary and with a friend it’s very hard not to laugh), really looking forward to it!

Beach Day

Hi everyone,
Today I would like to talk about the time that I went to the beach (El Quisco) with my sister and father. I always had loved the beach, but sadly, we don’t go very oftenas a family.
All this happened last year when I was almost graduating from my last year of high school. I was really stressed for what would come next and doing my best in my lasts months, my father never has breaks from work and my sister was really sad from a break up. With all this things, we decided we HAD to go to the beach, take a day for the three of us.
It was so fun! My sister and I sang to the top of our lungs out favorite songs in the road (yes, the two hours that we were traveling) and really had a great time without even seen the beach yet. Once we arrived, we had lunch at some restaurant that I don’t remember the name, but had pastel de choclo (my favorite). After that, we finally went to the beach and got in our swimming suits; it was a beautiful sunny day, perfect to swim in the ocean. Since we all had a very stressful week, it was inevitable to enjoy, play and laugh in the water.
It was a very memorable trip for the how improvised and beautiful it was. I really would like to do that every time I feel overwhelmed.
